VENDOR REQUIREMENTS

Attendance: Approved vendors are expected to remain set up during fair hours and will not be permitted to tear down/leave until the fair has closed due to patron safety considerations. If you need to leave early, let us know in advance so we may place your booth accordingly.

Booth Space: Displays should not exceed 10' deep and all items must be kept within your assigned space. Electrical access will only be provided to vendors who request electricity on this application. Vendors are required to provide their own tents/canopies as well as necessary extension cords, racks, tables, chairs, and fixtures for their display. Vendors may not sell or give space to another vendor.

Tents/Canopies: If using a portable/pop-up tent or canopy it MUST be properly weighted on all corners. Failure to comply will result in removal and other penalties.

Check-In and Set Up: The contact person listed on the vendor application, or their spouse, must be the person that checks in unless prior arrangements have been made. Exact check-in and set up times will be emailed to approved vendors prior to the fair.

Clean-Up: All trash and debris must be removed from the vendor's area before exiting the fair. Vendors must leave the area in the same, if not better condition, than when they arrived.

Security: Vendors are responsible for securing their own booths. 4th Street Fair does not provide security and will not be liable for theft, loss or damage to any property.

Cash/Debit Cards: 4th Street Fair patrons have indicated it would be extremely helpful if vendors displayed signage indicating whether they accept debit/credit cards or cash only. Please help out fair goers and place signage about the payments types you accept at your booth.

Sales Tax: Vendors are responsible for collecting, reporting, and submitting Indiana Sales Tax as required under applicable laws.

Weather: The 4th Street Fair will take place rain or shine. Vendors MUST be prepared for inclement weather.
